Boys and their hats

Hunter and Mavic wore their hats around the house all day.  They were so hilarious about it and even Mavic thought he was so funny wearing a pumpkin on his head.  I am loving how these two are starting to really play together - it warms my heart and gives me hope!

Such a BIG boy!!

Well Luke is fast approaching 5 months old and I am shocked at how quickly he is growing up (my tired body says yeah, but my heart is sad).  He is now big enough to sit in his activity center and he likes it for about 10 minutes and then he is tired.  I love this little guy so much, probably because he doesn't throw tantrums yet and he doesn't talk back to me.  If only they stayed this sweet, but could sleep through the night - what a dream!

We have finally discovered a way to get Mavic to eat his dinner.......

We cannot get this kid to eat dinner when it is dinner time.  He will stay at the table and feed us, but when we try to feed him, he just spits out his food.  We have found a way now to get him to eat his whole dinner as you can see above.  Spencer and I were saying what a sweet life he leads to be hand fed while taking a nice soak.

Yum, I love me some pickles!!

Hunter loves, I mean LOVES pickles.  For a snack he will have a few pickles and then pour some pickle juice into a cup and drink it.  All I have to say is YUCK!  He knows that I do not like pickles or the juice so he keeps trying to bribe me into drinking the juice.  He has tried bribing me with quarters, hugs, and 10 kisses, but as tempting as those are I can't bring myself to drinking it.

Doesn't that look like urine?

Love you Hunt!!

Some more random pictures for my memories

Luke's favorite person in the world is Hunter.  Hunt can always get him to smile and laugh!

Poor Spencer - when he comes home at night the boys bombard him.

Hunter doing his listening; wow he is really enjoying it.

Now, Mav refuses to wear a shirt.  He just really wants to show off his muscles.

This is what happens in 30 minutes when I am feeding Luke

The whole roll of toilet paper is everywhere,

our toothpicks scattered all over the floor,

and Mavic eating his cereal that has dishsoap poured all over it - yummy!

Pictures of Hunter

Hunter opening a present on Christmas - yes he still LOVES trains.

Hunter right after he lost his 5th & 6th teeth!

Hunter loves to go sledding outside and I love when Hunter goes outside :)

Mavic's favorite thing this year.....

...to be naked!!  Sorry for the graphic picture, but I don't know how to blur that out.  We always catch him sleeping in the nude! Spencer says it is his favorite thing too, so maybe it is a genetic thing!!  Also, the other two pics are of Mavic's first day of preschool.  He isn't a fan or that yet!

Pictures found on my other camera

These are for Mom and Dad Wilson.  I have been horrible about sending pictures to them of Luke (although I was horrible at sending pictures to my parents too when they were on their missions).  So here are a few of Luke.

Spence reading to Hunt

I know I have done way too many posts today, but I needed to put one more on here today.  Lately one of Hunter's favorite things to do is to have his dad read his chapter books to him.  For 2 hours tonight he kept asking when dad would be home so that he could read to him.  Well, when he got home, I asked if dad could hold Luke so that I could read to him.  He said, "No thank you, I want my dad to read to me because he is my best friend and we are best buddies".  I won't lie to you, that cut me deep!!  Why is it that when my boys reach the age of 3 they no longer like me - they go to the dark side!

Mav is so pretty!

Mavic loves my watch.  He wears it while walking around and babbles like a girl - too funny!!  Everytime I tried to take a picture, he had to cover his ears.

MAVIC

Mavic keeps me on my toes EVERYDAY!  He is so sneaky and naughty and very exhausting.  Sunday night I walked into the kitchen to find Mavic standing on top of a bench that he pushed over to the stove.  He was pretending to cook - I told him to get down and that it was very hot (as if he listens to me - I can't count how many times I catch him putting dirty dishes into the oven and I tell him no).  Anyway, about 30 minutes later I start smelling gas in the house.  I go over to the stove and see that Mavic had turned on the stove.  Well, I am here to say today, that he didn't kill us YET!

Wow, I am really good at this blogging!

My mom mentioned that I need to write down all of the crazy things my boys say and do. Well I remembered that I started a blog for that purpose, but never really started it.  So here we go again!!
